"Help Requests" made available by ECAT10 may not be supported by the distributor company you are a member of.
 
                  ━ Select “All Messages (1)” to view your help messages. You can use “Messages Replied (2)”, “Messages Pending (3)” and “Messages Read (4)” to filter all messages.
                          You can review the message information of the group you have selected from the list on the right of the page. Click on it to access more detailed information about your submitted requests. 
  
                          ━ Details of the message you clicked are listed in the field below. The help number of the message you sent (11), the date you sent your message (12), if your message was answered; date (13), the answering support staff (14), and the e-mail address of the support staff (15).
                          Information about the vehicle you have created a request for; serial number (16), vehicle name (17), catalog number (18), picture number (19) where you sent your question, group (20).
                          
                          ━ View your reply message in the Reply (24) field by clicking the button (25) of the additional files sent to you.
